Tennessee Bass Federation

Charles Davis (Western State Champion) from the Henderson County Renegades Bass Club and Doug Long (Eastern State Champion) from the Southwest Virginia Bass Club will be trying to win the battle of the Champions tomorrow on Old Hickory Lake. The anglers have practiced today to get ready for the tournament tomorrow. Anglers will take off at safe light and will fish until 3:00 pm. Tournament weigh in will be held at the Sanders Ferry Park and everyone is encouraged to come out to support the two state champions. This is a very unique tournament in that the anglers had no prior knowledge about where the tournament would be fished. They simply knew that the waters would be in the general area of Hendersonville. The Champion's tournament will be followed by the Tennessee Bass Federation state meeting on Saturday beginning at 8:30 a.m. Central. The meeting will be held at

Clubs should plan on sending a representative to vote on rule changes and hear all the reports from the officers and directors. Door Prizes will be given out at the end of the meeting.
